Frequently asked questions
Pricing, languages, privacy, and what Velora will and will not do.
Ashvi Health explains lab reports in plain language. Upload a PDF or a phone photo from LabCorp, Quest Diagnostics, SRL, Dr Lal PathLabs or 60+ other lab formats, and Velora walks through each value against the reference range that applies to you, in the language the reader understands best.
There is a permanently free plan that covers lab report explanations, the prescription shorthand decoder, and DPDP-aligned data controls. Ashvi Plus adds real-time voice sessions, pre-consultation briefs, and medication-safety checks for $14.99 or ₹499 a month. Ashvi Family Concierge covers up to six family profiles and is priced per household, so pricing is arranged by contacting us.
Text explanations are available in 14 languages, and real-time voice in 13: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi, Gujarati, Odia, Urdu, Assamese, English. Hinglish code-mixing is supported, because that is how a lot of families actually talk about health.
Yes. Each family member gets a separate profile under one account, so a parent's reports never mix with a child's. Profiles switch in one tap, which matters most for adults managing a parent's health from another city or another country.
Ashvi is built to comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. Health data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit, it is never sold, and you can request full deletion at any time.
Velora is the health-information guide inside Ashvi. It reads your report, explains each value in your language, connects changes across earlier reports, and prepares questions worth asking. Velora does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace a clinician.
Doctor Pack turns your reports into a short summary of flagged values, trends, and questions, which you can share by link, email, or WhatsApp. Your clinician reads a structured summary instead of a forwarded PDF.
Ashvi reads 60+ lab formats, including LabCorp, Quest Diagnostics, SRL, Dr Lal PathLabs, Thyrocare, Metropolis, along with many regional Indian labs. Both PDFs and photos work. If a format is not recognized, tell us and we will add it.
Early access is opening in stages. Invitations are released in small groups so each early family can be supported properly, and joining the waitlist reserves a place in the queue.
Three differences. It explains rather than sells: there is no pharmacy, no coupons, and no medicine catalogue. It reads to the whole household, in 14 languages, including for a 55-year-old parent who does not read English. And it compares values against ICMR 2020 reference ranges where those apply, instead of assuming a Western population.
