Your health data belongs to you
What we encrypt, what we never do with your reports, and the checks that run before a mistake reaches your family.
How your data is handled
Built for the DPDP Act 2023
Consent, processing, storage, and deletion follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
AES-256 encryption at rest
The same cipher banks use. Stored reports are unreadable without the keys, which are held separately.
TLS 1.3 in transit
Everything between your phone and our servers is encrypted with the current transport standard.
Never sold, never brokered
Not to advertisers, not to insurers, not to data brokers. There is no version of Ashvi where your reports are the product.
Deletion on request
Email security@ashvihealth.com and everything tied to your account is permanently deleted within 72 hours.
Sharing only when you ask
A report leaves your account only when you send it, such as a Doctor Pack you share with your clinician.
Bank-Grade Health Security
Every report and every medication is checked the way a bank checks a transaction — automatically, in the background, looking for the mistakes that put families at risk. Velora gives you the information to act with your doctor.
Identity-mismatch detection
Velora flags when an uploaded report or medication doesn't match the family member it's filed under — protecting your family from medical errors before they reach the wrong person.
Polypharmacy warning
When a family member has more than 5 concurrently active medications, Velora raises a polypharmacy warning so the full list can be reviewed together with a doctor.
Medication-interaction concern detection
Velora surfaces potential interaction concerns between active medications, giving you specific questions to raise with the prescribing physician.
