1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Ashvi Health (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. Ashvi Health Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”) reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
2. Description of Service
Ashvi Health provides AI-powered lab report analysis and health information through Velora, our AI health guide. The Platform reads uploaded lab reports, explains values in multiple Indian languages, and provides general health information. Ashvi Health is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Medical Disclaimer
All health information provided by Velora and the Ashvi Platform is for educational and informational purposes only. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you read on Ashvi Health.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may create family profiles under your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: upload content that is not a legitimate lab report or health document; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Platform; use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties; use automated means to access the Platform without our permission.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including Velora's responses, design, code, and branding — are owned by Ashvi Health Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
7. Privacy & Data
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Safety Policy. We are fully compliant with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023. For details on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please see our Safety & Privacy page.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ashvi Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
